Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-30

1. Service

CaribSIM is a Caribbean eSIM storefront. Live eSIM plans are provisioned through our eSIM reseller partners; where a deployment runs in demonstration mode, purchases are simulated and no real eSIM is provisioned or billed.

2. Accounts & orders

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. We use your email to deliver your eSIM QR code and order updates. Account and order data are stored only to fulfil purchases and provide support.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt the store or its checkout providers.

4. Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. eSIM coverage and network quality are supplied by third-party carriers and may vary.
